• We're expecting mostly cloudy skies today, with a high temperature near 54 degrees and a light southwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 miles per hour in the morning. It will be mostly cloudy overnight, with a low around 41 degrees and a 50 percent chance of rain, with patchy fog also possible after 10 p.m. We're expecting cloudy skies and a 40 percent chance of rain Saturday morning, gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high temperature around 51 degrees. Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 48.

• The Fishers Island Seagrass Coalition is currently at work on an innovative proposal to install 17 “Eco-Moorings” in areas where people had been accustomed to anchoring their boats, in the hopes of protecting eelgrass beds from the damage caused by the sweep of anchor chains along the seafloor. • The Center for Advocacy, Support & Transformation, the North Fork’s far-reaching provider of safety net and self-sufficiency programs, will host its Sixth Annual North Fork Festival of Trees this Saturday & Sunday, Nov. 22 and 23 at Treiber Farms in Peconic. Find Out More.

• The Southold Police Benevolent Association holds a New York Blood Center blood drive tomorrow, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Greenport Harbor Brewery's Peconic location at 4155 Main Road. Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can also be made online here.

• The East Hampton Arts Council hosts a Creative Networking Night this evening at 6 p.m. at East Hampton Town Hall. Filmmaker Joanne Roberts, artist Mariah Ke’Olani, actor Meg Gibson and guitar maker and musician Carlos Barrios will discuss their work. All are welcome.

• The Lake Agawam Conservancy is holding a forum, “Restore Our Waters,” on funding available for homeowners to upgrade to new nitrogen-reducing septic systems tomorrow, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. at the Southampton Cultural Center. Here's More Info.

• The Old Town Fine Art & Crafts Guild is sponsoring an indoor Fine Art, Craft and Antiques Fair tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., indoors at the Peconic Recreation Center. It will feature antiques, vintage items, fine art, photography, pottery, jewelry, and beautiful crafted items of every kind. Admission is free, and food and baked goods will be available. • Steve Israel, owner of Theodore’s Books and a former U.S. Congressman, will discuss his new historical thriller, "The Einstein Conspiracy," tomorrow at 3 p.m. at Greenport's Floyd Memorial Library. Find Out More.

• The North Fork Action Center, which is working on issues including immigration, education, local government, housing and the environment, reproductive rights and arts and music, will hold its monthly meeting on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 4 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalists of Southold meeting house on the bend at 51900 Main Road in Southold, followed by a 5 p.m. Anti-Fascist Book Club meeting.
